Peluka Gaming Network (PGN) is operated by Jose Perez.

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland/Germany).

When you use PGN, we collect the following information:

• Email address — for account creation and communication
• Username — your public display name on the platform
• Gaming nickname — your in-game identity for matchmaking
• IP address — required for NAT traversal and peer-to-peer game connections
• Game statistics — match results, ratings, and gameplay history

• Real name — providing your real name is entirely optional
• Payment information — Premium tier payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). PGN does not store credit card numbers or banking details.
• Game files — PGN scans game installation directories to detect installed games and verify file integrity (CRC32). PGN does NOT access personal files, documents, or any data outside of game directories.

PGN uses FusionAuth for authentication and identity management. FusionAuth is an industry-standard identity platform that securely handles user registration, login, and session management. Your password is never stored in plain text.

PGN does not use third-party tracking services. We do not run advertisements on our platform. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

PGN may display advertisements in the future. If ads are introduced, this policy will be updated accordingly.

All PGN data is stored on a dedicated Hetzner server located in Finland/Germany (EU). We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications with our services.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
